Problem

Black women continue to encounter countless systemic barriers

to equitable access and opportunity—

hindering their ability to actualize and maximize their personal, academic, and professional greatness.

Thus, to counter these effects, it is imperative that younger Black women have access to

high-quality comprehensive resources—curated, led, and supported by a community of women

who look like them and have experienced the very challenges they will likely face.

For Black women to truly excel,

they must be empowered with the requisite knowledge, skills, and social capital

to break barriers and change their trajectory.
