Passionate women of color, ages 18-40, who work collaboratively to co-create, coordinate, and facilitate all aspects of the program.
Our Executive Board operates100% virtually,
so you don't have to live in the Maryland area to serve.
Board members commit 5-10 hours per week,
to completing independent work and participate in
one monthly board meeting and one monthly team meeting.
